Introduction
Transient Plane Source Method (TPS)is invented by a Sweden Scientist Dr. Silas Gustafsson in 1991. The draft version of an international standard for TPS is firstly issued in 2008, and it is updated in 2022.
B-500 Thermal Constants Analyzer is one of the most advanced TPS instruments manufactured by FOREDA, which can measure almost all types of materials commonly used in the industries or daily life except from thermal insulation materials with thermal conductivity below 0.1 W/(m·K).
