Instrument Description

       Thermal conductivity is an important parameter for measuring the thermal conductivity and insulation performance of heat-resistant materials. The thermal conductivity of a substance depends on many factors such as its composition, porosity, water absorption, moisture content, internal structure, and the environment and temperature during thermal conduction. The precise measurement of thermal conductivity is of great significance for environmental engineering, construction engineering, industrial engineering, scientific research, energy conservation, and other fields.

       The D300FX series intelligent protective hot plate method thermal conductivity tester developed by our company adopts a double specimen structure, which conforms to the national standard for thermal conductivity measurement by protective plate method GB10294-2008 (measurement of thermal insulation materials' steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics), and also conforms to GB/T3399-1982 (plastic thermal conductivity test method - thermal protection plate method) and GB/T10801 (polystyrene foam for thermal insulation). The D300FX series thermal conductivity meter adopts advanced structural design and insulation design, electronic circuit system, and software with temperature automatic calibration function. Through a simple and fast computer interface, the instrument achieves fully automatic control, data acquisition and processing, calculation and display of thermal conductivity coefficient, and data printing and output. It has the advantages of fast measurement speed, high accuracy, automation, and environmental protection. This instrument can be widely used in the production enterprises of heat-resistant and insulation materials, relevant quality inspection departments and units, universities, research institutes and other scientific research units.

       ④ Accurate mathematical correction models and calibration techniques make the power loss of the hot plate zero

       ⑤ The thermal conductivity temperature curve tested with a reference plate is completely consistent with the data in the reference plate

       ⑥ At the same average temperature, there is a linear relationship between heating power and the temperature difference between the cold and hot plates

       ⑦ It can measure both flat specimens and powder/particle samples

       ⑧ The test results have no requirement for sample thickness, and the test results of the same sample with different thicknesses are consistent
