Instrument Description
Thermal conductivity is an important parameter for measuring the thermal conductivity and insulation performance of heat-resistant materials, and the performance of heat-resistant insulation materials is determined by their thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of a substance depends on many factors such as its composition, porosity, water absorption, moisture content, internal structure, and the environment and temperature during thermal conduction. The precise measurement of thermal conductivity is of great significance for environmental engineering, construction engineering, industrial engineering, scientific research, energy conservation, and other fields.
The DD300F series intelligent thermal conductivity tester developed by our company adopts a single specimen structure and complies with the national standard GB10294-2008 for thermal conductivity measurement using the protective plate method (determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials). The instrument adopts advanced mechanical structure design and insulation design, electronic circuit system, with automatic thickness measurement function and online pressure detection capability. Through a simple and fast computer interface, the instrument achieves fully automatic control, data acquisition and processing, calculation and display of thermal conductivity, and data printing and output. It has the advantages of fast measurement speed, high accuracy, automation, and environmental protection.
