Instrument Description
The CTPS series A-2 thermal constant analyzer is a reliable, accurate, and cost-effective instrument that meets the international standard ISO/FDIS 22007-2015. Its thermal conductivity range is 0.001~2.0 W/m · K, mainly for testing block samples of small thermal conductivity materials including energy-saving insulation materials. By selecting thin film testing modules, single-sided testing modules, and anisotropic testing modules, it can also be used for thermal constant testing of thin film, single-sided, and anisotropic samples.
This instrument is suitable for fields such as scientific research, product development, product quality management, and testing institutions.
Instrument features
① Based on the principles of TPS method, which is highly advanced in current technology, has very new technical standards, flexible methods, high efficiency, and accurate data;
② Fast measurement speed, high efficiency, and testing can be completed in seconds;
③ The measurement range of thermal conductivity is 0.001-2.0 W/m · K, suitable for testing small thermal conductivity samples such as insulation materials and glass;
④ The thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat capacity of the sample can be directly measured as three thermal constants;
⑤ Belonging to the absolute measurement method, it does not require calibration with standard substances, and the instrument has good repeatability and high accuracy;
⑥ Sample preparation is simple, only requiring two requirements: size and a flat surface;
