B-500 Thermal Constant Analyzer

Instrument Description

The B-500 thermal constant analyzer is a reliable, accurate, and cost-effective instrument that meets the international standard ISO/FDIS 22007-2015. Its thermal conductivity range is 0.1 to 500W/m · K, which can test almost all types of block material samples in daily life, industry, and scientific research, except for energy-saving insulation materials. By selecting thin film testing module, flat plate testing module, single-sided testing module, and anisotropic testing module, it can also be used for thermal constant testing of thin film, flat plate, single-sided, and anisotropic samples.
This instrument is suitable for fields such as scientific research, product development, product quality management, and testing institutions.

Instrument features

      ① Based on the principles of TPS method, which is highly advanced in current technology, has very new technical standards, flexible methods, high efficiency, and accurate data;

      ② Fast measurement speed, high efficiency, and testing can be completed in seconds; 

      ③ The measurement range of thermal conductivity is 0.1-500 W/m · K, which is suitable for testing most block shaped samples except for energy-saving insulation materials;

      ④ The thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat capacity of the sample can be directly measured as three thermal constants;      

      ⑤ Belonging to the absolute measurement method, it does not require calibration with standard substances, and the instrument has good repeatability and high accuracy;  

      ⑥ Sample preparation is simple, only requiring two requirements: size and a flat surface; 

      ⑦ Suitable for samples in various states and shapes such as solids, liquids, powders, flakes, colloids, films, and anisotropic materials;

      ⑧ The measurement and control software is easy to operate, has a friendly interface, powerful functions, and reliable operation.
