After more than five years of research and development, our company has successfully developed a new generation of electronic system for measuring thermal conductivity using the protective hot plate method, which has been fully applied in products since June 1st this year.

The original electronic system has been used in our company's protective hot plate thermal conductivity meter products for nearly 14 years, playing an important role in our company's growth and development. Based on this technology, our company's protective hot plate thermal conductivity meter has won high praise from users with advanced technological advantages and quality. However, this electronic system is based on traditional electronic technology that separates components. Compared with the latest high integration chip technology and surface mount electronic technology, it has obvious disadvantages such as poor stability, large linear error, and susceptibility to environmental temperature.

 

The new generation electronic system is a measurement and control circuit based on the latest microchip ARM microcontroller and surface mount resistive capacitive component technology, with high integration and small size. The development of this system began in 2015, and after more than five years of technological breakthroughs, it has finally been successfully developed and has recently begun to fully replace the original electronic system. The use of the new generation of electronic systems ensures that the thermal conductivity meter of the protective hot plate method exhibits outstanding performance in the following aspects:

(1) The measurement accuracy and stability have significantly improved. This electronic system can ensure temperature measurement stability up to 0.01 ° C.

(2) The measurement speed is accelerated, and the measurement efficiency is significantly improved. The new electronic system, combined with automatic stability measurement and control software, can shorten the measurement time from the original 60-70 minutes to 50-60 minutes, greatly improving measurement efficiency.

(3) The instrument's ability to resist environmental temperature interference has been greatly improved.
